目的：探讨从“浊”论治慢性肾功能衰竭的机理。方法：慢性肾功能衰竭属于中医“虚劳、水肿、关格”等疾病范畴，在疾病发展过程中的“浊邪”既是病理产物，又是导致疾病加重及反复发作的病理因素，故在健脾益肾治疗的基础上进行化湿泄浊治疗，可以使得病情得以缓解。结论：提出了“化浊、驱浊、散浊、泄浊”之治浊四法，通过辨证施以治疗，临床疗效显著。
목적：탐토종“탁”론치만성신공능쇠갈적궤리。방법：만성신공능쇠갈속우중의“허로、수종、관격”등질병범주，재질병발전과정중적“탁사”기시병리산물，우시도치질병가중급반복발작적병리인소，고재건비익신치료적기출상진행화습설탁치료，가이사득병정득이완해。결론：제출료“화탁、구탁、산탁、설탁”지치탁사법，통과변증시이치료，림상료효현저。
Objective :To discuss the mechanism from the “cloud” treating chronic renal failure .Meth‐ods :Chronic renal failure belongs to the deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine ,diseases such as “consumptive disease 、edema 、block and repulsion” .“evil cloud” is pathological product of in the development of the disease process ,but also it leads to disease exacerbation and repeated episodes of pathological factors .Conclusion :In the spleen and kidney treatment conduct dampness Xiezhuo treatment ,based on the patient’s condition can be made to ease .Therefore proposed a “Hua‐zhuo ,flooding muddy ,scattered cloud ,Xiezhuo” rule of four methods cloud ,imposed by the dialectical therapy ,signifi‐cant clinical effect .
