目的:探讨电动取皮联合应用术尔泰与滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布对取皮创面愈合程度的影响。方法对40例年龄在20~55岁之间行取皮术的病人分为两组,分别采用电动取皮联合应用术尔泰与滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布的方法处理取皮创面,并进行统计学分析,对比两组取皮创面的愈合时间、创面渗出数、创面渗出率。结果电动取皮联合应用术尔泰组在取皮创面的愈合时间、创面渗出数、创面渗出率上均优于滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布组(P<0.05)。结论在移植自体皮片修复三度烧伤创面时,电动取皮联合应用术尔泰较传统的滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布能够缩短取皮创面的愈合时间,减少渗出数,降低渗出率。

목적:탐토전동취피연합응용술이태여곤축취피도취피연합응용범사림사포대취피창면유합정도적영향。방법대40례년령재20~55세지간행취피술적병인분위량조,분별채용전동취피연합응용술이태여곤축취피도취피연합응용범사림사포적방법처리취피창면,병진행통계학분석,대비량조취피창면적유합시간、창면삼출수、창면삼출솔。결과전동취피연합응용술이태조재취피창면적유합시간、창면삼출수、창면삼출솔상균우우곤축취피도취피연합응용범사림사포조(P<0.05)。결론재이식자체피편수복삼도소상창면시,전동취피연합응용술이태교전통적곤축취피도취피연합응용범사림사포능구축단취피창면적유합시간,감소삼출수,강저삼출솔。
Objective To observe the healing of skin graft donor site by different methods, motor dermatome jointed with Shuer-tai and rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze.Method 40 cases of patients with the age range from 20 to 55 were divide in-to two groups.One group was treated with motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai and the other was treated with rolling axis blade com-bined with vaseline gauze.Statistics were analyzed, and healing time, numbers of burn surface exudation, rate of burn surface exuda-tion were compared.Results Motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai was superior to rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze in terms of healing time, numbers of burn surface exudation, rate of burn surface exudation (P<0.05).Conclusion When third de-gree burn is repaired with autologous skin, compared with rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze, motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai possess the advantage of shorter healing time and less burn surface exudation.
