为了保证浅埋大采空区残矿回采上覆岩层、井筒的稳定性以及矿区上方宿舍、设备和人员的安全,以朝不楞矿区为工程背景,在前期勘探取样、现场测试和室内力学实验的基础上,分析了矿体采空区顶板和井筒的破坏机理,基于H-K体建立了矿体采空区顶板流变力学模型,为残矿回采提供了理论依据;并且采用FLAC3D 数值模拟软件,分析残矿回采上覆岩层和井筒的应力、位移变化规律。研究表明:Ⅲ区回采后,上覆岩层最大拉应力为0.13 MPa,最大位移为1.6 mm,井筒最大拉应力为5.9 MPa,最大位移为0.2 mm,均满足限定标准。该研究成果可为浅埋大采空区残矿回采提供参考。

To guarantee the stability of overlying strata and shaft on shallow and large scale mined area residual ore ex-traction and ensure the security of dormitory,equipment and personnel above the mining area,Chaobuleng mining engineering is taken as background to analyze the failure mechanism of goaf roof and shaft,based on preliminary exploration and sampling, field testing and laboratory experiments on mechanics. Based on H-K system,the roof rheological mechanical model for ore body in goaf is established to provide a theoretical basis for the recovery of residual ores. With the FLAC3D numerical simulation soft-ware,the change law for stress and displacement of overlying strata and shaft is analyzed. The results show that after area Ⅲmining,the maximum stress is 0. 13 MPa and the maximum displacement is 1. 6mm in the overlying strata,and the maximum stress is 5. 9Mpa and the maximum displacement is 0. 2 mm in the shaft. Both can meet requirement of the limited standard. The research provides a reference for extraction of residual ore in shallow and large mined-out area.
