本试验旨在研究饲粮L-精氨酸添加水平对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。选取(60±3)日龄健康雌性水貂70只,随机分成7组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只水貂。7组水貂分别饲喂在基础饲粮(L-精氨酸含量为1.45%)基础上添加0(Ⅰ组)、0.2%(Ⅱ组)、0.4%(Ⅲ组)、0.6%(Ⅳ组)、0.8%(Ⅴ组)、1.0%(Ⅵ组)和1.2%(Ⅶ组) L-精氨酸的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:Ⅲ组的末重、平均日增重和料重比高于其他各组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组的干物质采食量极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅵ组( P<0.05)。Ⅲ组的干物质排出量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组( P<0.05)。Ⅳ组的干物质消化率高于其他各组,但差异不显著( P>0.05)。Ⅳ组的蛋白质消化率显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组和Ⅶ组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组的脂肪消化率显著高于Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组和Ⅶ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组的食入氮极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组的粪氮极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ组的氮沉积极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅵ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的净蛋白质利用率显著高于Ⅰ组( P<0.05)。Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的蛋白质生物学价值显著高于Ⅰ组( P<0.05)。由此得出,饲粮 L-精氨酸添加水平为0.4%~0.6%( L-精氨酸总含量为1.85%~2.05%)时,育成期水貂的生长性能、营养物质消化率、氮沉积、净蛋白质利用率及蛋白质生物学价值较为理想。
本試驗旨在研究飼糧L-精氨痠添加水平對育成期水貂生長性能、營養物質消化率及氮代謝的影響。選取(60±3)日齡健康雌性水貂70隻,隨機分成7組,每組10箇重複,每箇重複1隻水貂。7組水貂分彆飼餵在基礎飼糧(L-精氨痠含量為1.45%)基礎上添加0(Ⅰ組)、0.2%(Ⅱ組)、0.4%(Ⅲ組)、0.6%(Ⅳ組)、0.8%(Ⅴ組)、1.0%(Ⅵ組)和1.2%(Ⅶ組) L-精氨痠的試驗飼糧。預試期7 d,正試期60 d。結果錶明:Ⅲ組的末重、平均日增重和料重比高于其他各組,但差異不顯著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ組的榦物質採食量極顯著高于Ⅰ組(P<0.01),顯著高于Ⅱ組和Ⅵ組( P<0.05)。Ⅲ組的榦物質排齣量顯著高于Ⅰ組和Ⅳ組( P<0.05)。Ⅳ組的榦物質消化率高于其他各組,但差異不顯著( P>0.05)。Ⅳ組的蛋白質消化率顯著高于Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組、Ⅴ組和Ⅶ組(P<0.05)。Ⅳ組的脂肪消化率顯著高于Ⅴ組、Ⅵ組和Ⅶ組(P<0.05)。Ⅲ組的食入氮極顯著高于Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組(P<0.01),顯著高于Ⅴ組和Ⅵ組(P<0.05)。Ⅲ組的糞氮極顯著高于Ⅰ組和Ⅳ組(P<0.01)。Ⅲ組的氮沉積極顯著高于Ⅰ組和Ⅵ組(P<0.01),顯著高于Ⅱ組和Ⅴ組(P<0.05)。Ⅲ組和Ⅳ組的淨蛋白質利用率顯著高于Ⅰ組( P<0.05)。Ⅲ組和Ⅳ組的蛋白質生物學價值顯著高于Ⅰ組( P<0.05)。由此得齣,飼糧 L-精氨痠添加水平為0.4%~0.6%( L-精氨痠總含量為1.85%~2.05%)時,育成期水貂的生長性能、營養物質消化率、氮沉積、淨蛋白質利用率及蛋白質生物學價值較為理想。

This study was conducted to study the effects of dietary L-arginine ( L-Arg) supplemental level on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism of growing mink. Seventy healthy female mink at the age of 60-day were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 replicates each and 1 mink per repli-cate. The mink in 7 groups were fed the basal diet ( L-Arg content was 1.45%) supplemented with 0 ( groupⅠ), 0.2% (group Ⅱ), 0.4% (group Ⅲ), 0.6% (group Ⅳ), 0.8% (group Ⅴ), 1.0% (group Ⅵ) and 1.2% ( group Ⅶ) L-Arg, respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 7 days and the trial lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows:the final weight, average daily gain and feed/gain of the groupⅢ were higher than those of the other groups, but the differences were not significant ( P>0.05) . The dry matter ( DM) in-take of the group Ⅲ was extremely significantly higher than that of the group Ⅰ( P<0.01) and it was signifi-cantly higher than that of groupsⅡandⅥ( P<0.05) . The DM output of the groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅣ( P<0.05) . The DM digestibility of the groupⅣwas higher than that of the oth-er groups, but the difference was not significant ( P>0.05) . The protein digestibility of the group Ⅳ was sig-nificantly higher than that of groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ and Ⅶ (P<0.05). The fat digestibility of the group Ⅳwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅤ,ⅥandⅦ( P<0.05) . Nitrogen intake of the groupⅢwas ex-tremely significantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅡ( P<0.01) and it was significantly higher than that of groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ( P<0.05) . The fecal nitrogen of the groupⅢwas extremely significantly higher than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ ( P<0.01) . The nitrogen deposition of the group Ⅲ was extremely significantly higher than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅵ (P<0.01) and it was significantly higher than that of groups Ⅱ and Ⅴ (P<0.05). Net protein utilization of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of the group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) . Bio-logical value of protein of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of the group Ⅰ (P<0.05). In conclusion, when the dietary L-Arg supplemental level is 0. 4% to 0. 6% ( L-Arg total content is 1. 85% to 2.05%) , the growth performance, nutrient digestibility, nitrogen metabolism, net protein utilization and bio-logical value of protein of growing mink are optimal.
