液压系统中油压波动受到多种因素的影响,很难直观判断.液压泵还受到系统中阀、油管等的综合影响,在分析液压泵状态时不能忽略这些因素.文章通过搭建简易的液压回路,通过多个压力测点,分析了液压泵不同状态下的信息,并与振动信号进行对比,验证了油压信号能够更好地反映液压系统动态信息.

The oil pressure lfuctuation in hydraulic system is affected by a variety of factors, and it is dififcult to analyze the lfuctuation. Hydraulic pump is influenced by valves, tubing and other parts in the system, and these factors cannot be ignored in the analysis of hydraulic pump condition. A simple hydraulic system is constructed in this paper. The information of hydraulic pump in different conditions is researched through several pressure measuring points, and the pressure signals are compared with the vibration signals. In conclusion, it veriifes that the pressure signals can relfect the dynamic information of hydraulic system better.
