目的：比较便携式（point of care testing，POCT）血糖仪与生化分析仪的血糖检测结果，探讨 POCT 血糖仪质量控制与管理。方法①应用强生 POCT 血糖仪（强生稳步血糖仪和强生稳豪倍优血糖仪）及全自动生化分析仪检测190例空腹静脉抗凝（EDTA－K2抗凝）全血标本血糖浓度，并进行比较；②检测该仪器的精密度、准确度并判断临床可接受性，分析血糖仪结果与参比检测系统生化分析仪间的相关性。结果两款 POCT 血糖仪的批内变异系数（CV）及批间 CV 均小于5％，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；190份样本均应用经血糖仪与生化分析仪检测，血糖仪98．9％的检测结果误差在允许误差范围内，临床判断均可接受；POCT 血糖仪检测结果与参比检测系统生化分析仪检测结果呈正相关（r 分别为0．9953和0．9870，均 P ＜0．05）。结论两种强生 POCT 血糖仪均具有良好的精密度、准确性及线性范围。
목적：비교편휴식（point of care testing，POCT）혈당의여생화분석의적혈당검측결과，탐토 POCT 혈당의질량공제여관리。방법①응용강생 POCT 혈당의（강생은보혈당의화강생은호배우혈당의）급전자동생화분석의검측190례공복정맥항응（EDTA－K2항응）전혈표본혈당농도，병진행비교；②검측해의기적정밀도、준학도병판단림상가접수성，분석혈당의결과여삼비검측계통생화분석의간적상관성。결과량관 POCT 혈당의적비내변이계수（CV）급비간 CV 균소우5％，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）；190빈양본균응용경혈당의여생화분석의검측，혈당의98．9％적검측결과오차재윤허오차범위내，림상판단균가접수；POCT 혈당의검측결과여삼비검측계통생화분석의검측결과정정상관（r 분별위0．9953화0．9870，균 P ＜0．05）。결론량충강생 POCT 혈당의균구유량호적정밀도、준학성급선성범위。
Objective To compare the testing results between point of care testing (POCT)glucose meters and biochemical an -alyzer,and investigate the quality control and management of POCT glucose meters .Methods Blood glucose concentrations of 190 ve-nous whole blood samples were simultaneously detected by using a Johnson &Johnson portable blood glucose meters (One Touch Surest-ep and One Touch UltraVue)and an automatic biochemical analyzer .The testing results were compared between the two methods .In ad-dition,precision,accuracy and clinical acceptability of the POCT glucose meters were assessed ,and correlation of the results between the two methods was analyzed.Results Coefficients of variations (CVs)of within-and between-batches of two types of POCT glucose meters were all less than 5%.98.9% of the testing results of POCT glucose meters were within the allowable error limits and accepted clinically.POCT glucose meters had a positive correlation with biochemical analyzer in the test results of blood glucose (r =0.9953, 0.9870,respectively,P <0.05).Conclusion The 2 types of POCT glucose meters all have good precision ,accuracy and linearrange. Scheduled comparison with biochemical analyzer and establishing the procedure of quality management play an important role in the quality control of POCT glucose meters.
