目的：分析心理护理在血液净化护理中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院2010年3月～2012年3月收治的68例血液净化患者临床资料，根据不同护理方案分为两组（各34例）；对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以心理护理，观察并比较两组治疗前后心理评分变化情况、临床疗效及生活质量。结果研究组心理状态评分降低幅度比对照组大（P＜0.05）；研究组总有效率97.06%比对照组82.35%高，且各项生活质量指标评分均比对照组高（P ＜0.05）。结论心理护理应用于血液净化患者，可有效改善其负面情绪，提高临床疗效与生活质量。

목적：분석심리호리재혈액정화호리중적작용。방법회고성분석아원2010년3월～2012년3월수치적68례혈액정화환자림상자료，근거불동호리방안분위량조（각34례）；대조조여이상규호리，연구조여이심리호리，관찰병비교량조치료전후심리평분변화정황、림상료효급생활질량。결과연구조심리상태평분강저폭도비대조조대（P＜0.05）；연구조총유효솔97.06%비대조조82.35%고，차각항생활질량지표평분균비대조조고（P ＜0.05）。결론심리호리응용우혈액정화환자，가유효개선기부면정서，제고림상료효여생활질량。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on blood purification and nursing care. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010. 3 to 2012.3, 68 cases of patients with blood purification were treated in clinical data, according to different nursing program divided into two group (34 cases), and the control group was given routine nursing, the research group to be psychological nursing, observe and compared between the two groups before and after treatment psychological score changes, clinical efficacy and quality of life. Results The study group psychological score decreased than that in the control group (P < 0.05), research group, the total efficiency is 97.06% than control group of 82.35%high, and the quality of life index scores were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the negative emotion and improve the clinical effect and quality of life in patients with blood purification.
