目的：探讨中药胃宁康汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床效果。方法：将90例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者，按照随机的原则分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。治疗组采用口服中药胃宁康汤进行治疗，对照组则口服西药治疗，疗程均为4周，治疗结束后，观察和比较两组患者的临床效果及副反应。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91％、82％，两组对比，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：慢性糜烂性胃炎采用纯中药胃宁康汤治疗疗效满意，副作用较少，对改善患者的病情和预后有很好作用。
목적：탐토중약위저강탕치료만성미란성위염적림상효과。방법：장90례만성미란성위염환자，안조수궤적원칙분위치료조45례화대조조45례。치료조채용구복중약위저강탕진행치료，대조조칙구복서약치료，료정균위4주，치료결속후，관찰화비교량조환자적림상효과급부반응。결과：치료조여대조조총유효솔분별위91％、82％，량조대비，치료조료효우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：만성미란성위염채용순중약위저강탕치료료효만의，부작용교소，대개선환자적병정화예후유흔호작용。
Objective :To investigate the Chinese medicine Weiningkang decoction in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis .Methods :90 patients with chronic erosive gastritis ,in accordance with the principle of random divided into treatment group of 45 patients and a control group of 45 patients .The treatment group received oral medicine Wein‐ingkang decoction ,control group oral medicine treatment ,a course of four weeks after the end of treatment ,observation and clinical results between the two groups of patients and side effects .Results :The treatment group and the control group ,the total efficiency of 91% and 82% ,comparing the two groups ,the treatment group than the control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Chronic erosive gastritis pure Weiningkang decoction therapy satisfaction ,fewer side effects ,to improve the condition and prognosis of patients with good effect ,it is at the grassroots level to promote .
