目的：探讨喹硫平治疗酒依赖患者稽延性戒断症状的临床疗效及安全性。方法我院酒依赖患者患者57例分别于入组1周末及喹硫平治疗2、4、6周采用宾夕法尼亚酒精渴求量表（PACS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项（HAMD－24）及多导睡眠图（PSG）进行检测。结果治疗2、4、6周，患者 PACS、HAMA 及 HAMD 评分下降，PSG 各指标好转，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。治疗期间，患者出现头晕、头痛各1例，乏力、恶心各2例，均未影响正常治疗。不良反应发生率为10．53％。结论喹硫平治疗酒依赖患者稽延性戒断症状具有较好的临床疗效，可有效降低心理渴求，减轻抑郁及焦虑程度，改善睡眠障碍及调整睡眠结构。
목적：탐토규류평치료주의뢰환자계연성계단증상적림상료효급안전성。방법아원주의뢰환자환자57례분별우입조1주말급규류평치료2、4、6주채용빈석법니아주정갈구량표（PACS）、한밀이돈초필량표（HAMA）、한밀이돈억욱량표24항（HAMD－24）급다도수면도（PSG）진행검측。결과치료2、4、6주，환자 PACS、HAMA 급 HAMD 평분하강，PSG 각지표호전，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。치료기간，환자출현두훈、두통각1례，핍력、악심각2례，균미영향정상치료。불량반응발생솔위10．53％。결론규류평치료주의뢰환자계연성계단증상구유교호적림상료효，가유효강저심리갈구，감경억욱급초필정도，개선수면장애급조정수면결구。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of quetiapine in the treatment of alcohol dependent patients with protracted abstinence symptom .Methods Fifty-seven patients who met the requirements were treated with quetiapine .Clinical effects after 1,2,4 and 6 weeks of the treatment were respectively evaluated .The evaluation tools included Pennsylvania alcohol craving scale(PACS), Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), Hamilton depression scale-24(HAMD-24)and polysomnogram(PSG).Results The PACS score,HAMA score and HAMD scores of the patients were decreased and PSG indexes were improved after 2,4 and 6 weeks of the treatment when compared with the initial scores (P <0.05).During the treatment process,one patient appeared dizziness ,one pa-tient appeared headache,and 2 patients appeared weakness and 2 patients appeared nausea ,which did not affect normal treatment .The occurrence rate of adverse effects was 10.53%.Conclusion Quetiapine can effectively treat alcohol dependent patients with protracted abstinence symptom.It can also effectively reduce the craving and the degree of depression and anxiety ,improve the sleep disorders and regulate the sleep structure.
