目的：探讨血塞通注射液配合西药治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎的治疗方法与预后。方法：糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者78例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各39例，所有患者都给予西医内科常规治疗，在此基础上治疗组加用血塞通注射液辅助治疗，持续15d 。结果：治疗后与对照组相比，治疗组的显效率明显较高（P＜0．05）。治疗后两组的临床症状总评分明显低于治疗前，同时治疗后治疗组的评分也明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗后治疗组的腹痛缓解、腹胀缓解和血淀粉酶、血淀粉酶、血糖及发热恢复正常时间、血钾与尿酮体值明显少于对照组（P ＜0．05），而血钠值明显高于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论：糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎采用中西医结合治疗能有效改善临床症状，提高疗效，其作用的发挥与促进电解质恢复正常有关。
목적：탐토혈새통주사액배합서약치료당뇨병동증산중독합병급성이선염적치료방법여예후。방법：당뇨병동증산중독합병급성이선염환자78례근거수궤추첨원칙분위치료조여대조조각39례，소유환자도급여서의내과상규치료，재차기출상치료조가용혈새통주사액보조치료，지속15d 。결과：치료후여대조조상비，치료조적현효솔명현교고（P＜0．05）。치료후량조적림상증상총평분명현저우치료전，동시치료후치료조적평분야명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）。치료후치료조적복통완해、복창완해화혈정분매、혈정분매、혈당급발열회복정상시간、혈갑여뇨동체치명현소우대조조（P ＜0．05），이혈납치명현고우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론：당뇨병동증산중독합병급성이선염채용중서의결합치료능유효개선림상증상，제고료효，기작용적발휘여촉진전해질회복정상유관。
Objective :To investigate the effects of Xuesaitong injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis with acute pancreatitis .Methods :78 patients of diabetic ketoacidosis with acute pancre‐atitis were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group ,all patients were given conventional western medi‐cal treatment ,on the basis of the treatment group were added the Xuesaitong treatment for 15 days .Results :After treat‐ment ,the significant efficiency of the treatment group was high than that in control group (P< 0 .05) .After treatment , the total score of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment ,while the treatment group scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,the pain ,bloating re‐lief time ,blood amylase ,blood sugar and fever restore normal time ,he serum potassium and ketone value of the treat‐ment group were significantly less than the control group ,while the serum sodium value was significantly higher (P< 0 . 05) .Conclusion :Diabetic ketoacidosis with acute pancreatitis were treated by the integrative medicine treatment can ef ‐fectively improve the clinical symptoms ,improve efficacy ,it played its role may be promoted the electrolyte back to nor‐mal .
