目的：探讨尿道型阴茎弯曲畸形阴茎皮肤及纤维短缩尿道组织中表皮生长因子（EGF）及其受体（EGFR）的表达特征。方法收集25例接受手术治疗的尿道型阴茎弯曲患者阴茎背侧、腹侧皮肤和纤维短缩尿道组织（尿道型阴茎弯曲组），以包皮过长患者18例作为正常对照组，收集包皮环切术中正常阴茎背侧、腹侧包皮组织。组织标本经免疫组化 LSAB 法染色后检测 EGF、EGFR 表达特征。结果正常阴茎包皮及尿道型阴茎弯曲组织 EGF、EGFR 均存在阳性表达。尿道型阴茎弯曲背侧、腹侧包皮 EGF 及 EGFR 表达与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。尿道型阴茎弯曲自身背侧、腹侧包皮 EGF 及 EGFR 表达差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；重度弯曲纤维短缩尿道与轻中度弯曲比较，EGFR 表达显著减低（P ＜0．05），EGF 表达差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论尿道型阴茎弯曲畸形阴茎皮肤及纤维短缩尿道组织中 EGF 和 EGFR表达无显著减少，重度弯曲纤维短缩尿道 EGFR 表达存在缺陷。
목적：탐토뇨도형음경만곡기형음경피부급섬유단축뇨도조직중표피생장인자（EGF）급기수체（EGFR）적표체특정。방법수집25례접수수술치료적뇨도형음경만곡환자음경배측、복측피부화섬유단축뇨도조직（뇨도형음경만곡조），이포피과장환자18례작위정상대조조，수집포피배절술중정상음경배측、복측포피조직。조직표본경면역조화 LSAB 법염색후검측 EGF、EGFR 표체특정。결과정상음경포피급뇨도형음경만곡조직 EGF、EGFR 균존재양성표체。뇨도형음경만곡배측、복측포피 EGF 급 EGFR 표체여정상대조조비교차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。뇨도형음경만곡자신배측、복측포피 EGF 급 EGFR 표체차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）；중도만곡섬유단축뇨도여경중도만곡비교，EGFR 표체현저감저（P ＜0．05），EGF 표체차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론뇨도형음경만곡기형음경피부급섬유단축뇨도조직중 EGF 화 EGFR표체무현저감소，중도만곡섬유단축뇨도 EGFR 표체존재결함。
Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of epidermal growth factor (EGF)and epidermal growth fac-tor receptor(EGFR)in genital tissue and fibrotic urethra of patients with urethral type penis bending deformity .Methods Dorsal pre-puce,ventral perimeatal skin and fibrotic urethra from 25 patients with the disease were harvested in surgery .The prepuce from 18 boys in circumcision was used as control .The expression distribution of EGF and EGFR was assessed with immunohistochemistry .Results The expressions of EGF an EGFR were positive in specimens from the both group .No significant difference in EGF or EGFR expressions was detected between skin specimens between the two groups (P >0.05),and between dorsal and ventral specimens from the patients (P >0.05).However,EGFR expression was significant decreased in fibrotic urethra of serious deformity when compared to mild -to-moderate deformity(P <0.05),but no significant difference in EGF expression was detected .Conclusion No difference in EGF and EGFR expressions is detected in dorsal ,ventral skin and fibrotic urethra of patients with urethral type penis bending deformity .In pa-tients with serious deformity,the expression of EGFR is flawed.
