目的：探讨超声自动乳腺全容积成像（automated breast volume scanning，ABVS）技术测量不规则变形物体体积的准确性和可重复性。方法应用 ABVS 测量20只不同容积的乳房凝胶植入体的体积，与出厂体积进行对比，并进行重复性检验。结果OABVS 测量硅凝胶假体的体积与其出厂体积比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论ABVS 可准确测量不规则易变形物体的体积，具有一定的临床应用价值，可应用于乳房重建技术中。
목적：탐토초성자동유선전용적성상（automated breast volume scanning，ABVS）기술측량불규칙변형물체체적적준학성화가중복성。방법응용 ABVS 측량20지불동용적적유방응효식입체적체적，여출엄체적진행대비，병진행중복성검험。결과OABVS 측량규응효가체적체적여기출엄체적비교，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론ABVS 가준학측량불규칙역변형물체적체적，구유일정적림상응용개치，가응용우유방중건기술중。
Objective To investigate the accuracy and repeatability of automated breast volume scanning (ABVS)technique in the measurement of volume of irregular deformation objects .Methods The volumes of 20 different breast implants was measured by u -sing the ABVS,and then compared to their factory volumes .The repeat experiments were performed .Results There was no difference in the breast implant volumes between the ABVS measured results and factory volumes (P >0.05).Conclusion The ABVS can accu-rately measure the volume of irregular deformation objects .It has a certain clinical application value in breast reconstruction technology .
