本试验旨在探索添加乳酸菌微生态制剂对白羽王鸽生产性能、免疫器官指数、血清免疫球蛋白G( IgG)含量和肠道菌群的影响。选用1日龄白羽王鸽乳鸽60只,随机分成3组,每组20只。第1组为对照组,第2和3组为乳酸菌微生态制剂组,乳酸菌微生态制剂每日添加量分别为2×106和5×106 CFU。预试期2 d,正试期16 d。结果如下:与对照组相比,19日龄时,日添加2×106和5×106 CFU组,分别提高了乳鸽末重8.29%和15.10%(P<0.05),降低了料重比6.36%和8.66%(P<0.05),提高了乳鸽血清IgG含量10.09%和17.98%(P<0.05),降低了肠道内容物大肠杆菌数量4.27%和9.26%( P<0.05),提高了乳酸菌数量5.41%和9.71%( P<0.05);日添加5×106 CFU组与对照组比较,法氏囊和胸腺指数分别提高了16.07%和8.33%(P<0.05)。由此可知,乳酸菌微生态制剂能够提高白羽王鸽生产性能,并增强其免疫机能,本试验条件下白羽王鸽的乳酸菌微生态制剂最佳日添加剂量为5×106 CFU。

본시험지재탐색첨가유산균미생태제제대백우왕합생산성능、면역기관지수、혈청면역구단백G( IgG)함량화장도균군적영향。선용1일령백우왕합유합60지,수궤분성3조,매조20지。제1조위대조조,제2화3조위유산균미생태제제조,유산균미생태제제매일첨가량분별위2×106화5×106 CFU。예시기2 d,정시기16 d。결과여하:여대조조상비,19일령시,일첨가2×106화5×106 CFU조,분별제고료유합말중8.29%화15.10%(P<0.05),강저료료중비6.36%화8.66%(P<0.05),제고료유합혈청IgG함량10.09%화17.98%(P<0.05),강저료장도내용물대장간균수량4.27%화9.26%( P<0.05),제고료유산균수량5.41%화9.71%( P<0.05);일첨가5×106 CFU조여대조조비교,법씨낭화흉선지수분별제고료16.07%화8.33%(P<0.05)。유차가지,유산균미생태제제능구제고백우왕합생산성능,병증강기면역궤능,본시험조건하백우왕합적유산균미생태제제최가일첨가제량위5×106 CFU。
The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of Lactobacillus microecologics on growth performance, immune organ indexes, serum immune globulin G ( IgG ) content and intestinal microflora of white wing pigeons. Sixty one-day-old white wing pigeons were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 pi-geons per group. Group 1 was control group. Groups 2 and 3 were Lactobacillus microecologics groups, sup-plemented with 2×106 and 5×106 CFU/d, respectively. The pre-trial period lasted for 3 days, and the experi-ment lasted for 16 days. The result showed as follows: at the age of 19 days, compared to control group, the Lactobacillus microecologics groups with 2×106 and 5×106 CFU/d increased the final body weight by 8.29%and 15.10% ( P<0.05) , reduced the ratio of feed to gain by 6.36% and 8.66% ( P<0.05) , increased the ser-um IgG content by 10.09% and 17.98% (P<0.05), reduced the E.coli number by 4.27% and 9.26% (P<0.05), increased the Lactobacillus numbers by 5.41% and 9.71% (P<0.05), respectively. In comparison with the control group, the Lactobacillus microecologics groups with 5 × 106 CFU/d enhanced the indexes of bursal and thymus by 16.07% and 8.33% ( P<0.05) , respectively. In conclusion, Lactobacillus microecolog-ics can improve growth performance, and enhance the immune function. The optimal daily supplement for white wing pigeons was 5×106 CFU under this experimental condition.
