本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同剂量复合酸化剂对肉鸡消化道pH和消化酶活性的影响,并筛选出肉鸡饲粮中适宜的复合酸化剂添加水平。试验选取1日龄爱拔益加( AA )肉公鸡648羽,分为6个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复18羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%和0.30%复合酸化剂。试验期42 d。结果显示,复合酸化剂显著影响了肉鸡42日龄嗉囊、十二指肠、空肠和回肠的pH( P<0.05),均与复合酸化剂添加水平呈显著一次线性关系( P<0.05);显著影响了肉鸡42日龄腺胃和肌胃胃蛋白酶的总酶、酶活性和激活度(P<0.05),均与复合酸化剂添加水平呈显著的一次线性关系(P<0.05);显著影响了肉鸡42日龄小肠内淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05),均与复合酸化剂添加水平呈显著的一次线性关系( P<0.05),对小肠胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性影响不显著( P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加0.10%复合酸化剂时,肉鸡的消化道消化酶活性最佳。

본시험지재연구사량중첨가불동제량복합산화제대육계소화도pH화소화매활성적영향,병사선출육계사량중괄의적복합산화제첨가수평。시험선취1일령애발익가( AA )육공계648우,분위6개조,매개조6개중복,매개중복18우계。대조조사위기출사량,시험조재기출사량중분별첨가0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%화0.30%복합산화제。시험기42 d。결과현시,복합산화제현저영향료육계42일령소낭、십이지장、공장화회장적pH( P<0.05),균여복합산화제첨가수평정현저일차선성관계( P<0.05);현저영향료육계42일령선위화기위위단백매적총매、매활성화격활도(P<0.05),균여복합산화제첨가수평정현저적일차선성관계(P<0.05);현저영향료육계42일령소장내정분매화지방매활성(P<0.05),균여복합산화제첨가수평정현저적일차선성관계( P<0.05),대소장이단백매화미단백매활성영향불현저( P>0.05)。유차가견,사량첨가0.10%복합산화제시,육계적소화도소화매활성최가。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplemented with different com-pound acidifier on pH and digestive enzymatic activity of digestive tracts of broilers, in order to detect the best supplemental level of compound acidifier in broiler diet. A total of 648 one-day-old Arbor Acre ( AA) broilers were randomly assigned to 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 18 birds per replicate. Broiler in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the others were fed basal diets supplemented with 0.10%, 0.15%, 0.20%, 0.25% and 0.30% compound acidifier, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: compound acidifier had significant effects on pH of crop, duodenum, jejunum and ileum of broilers at 42 days of age (P<0.05), and showed a linear correlation (P<0.05). Compound acidifier had significant effects on total enzyme, enzyme activity and activity ratio of pepsin in muscular stomach and glandular stomach of broilers at 42 days of age ( P<0.05) , and showed a linear correlation ( P<0.05) . Compound acidifier had significant effects on the activities of amylase and lipase in small intestine and showed a linear correlation ( P<0.05) , which showed no significant effects on the activities of trypsase and chymotrypsin in small intestine ( P>0.05) . In conclusion, the dosage of compound acidifier in broiler diet for the optimal digestive enzymatic activity of digestive tract is 0.10%.
