本试验旨在研究高剂量大豆黄酮对产蛋鸡卵巢组织的影响。选取体重、产蛋率相近的56周龄海兰褐蛋鸡640只,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮中分别添加10(最高推荐有效量)、50(5倍最高推荐有效量)、100 mg/kg(10倍最高推荐有效量)大豆黄酮的试验饲粮。试验期12周。结果表明:添加大豆黄酮对产蛋鸡血清大豆黄酮、雌马酚含量,卵巢重量、组织形态、白介素-1β( IL-1β)阳性细胞数及IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α mRNA表达均没有显著影响( P>0.05)。由此可见,在产蛋高峰后期蛋鸡饲粮中添加适量大豆黄酮可以改善生产性能和蛋品质,但不会促进其卵巢组织增生癌变,是安全的。

This trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of high-dose daidzein on ovary tissue of laying hens. Six hundred and forty Hy-Line brown laying hens with average body weight and laying rate were randomly as-signed to 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 20 birds per replicate. The control group was fed a basal di-et, and the others were fed diets supplemented with 10 ( the maximum recommended available amount) , 50 ( fives fold of maximum recommended available amount) and 100 mg/kg ( ten folds of maximum recommen-ded available amount) of daidzein. The experiment lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed that the contents of serum daidzein and equol, ovary weight, morphology, positive cell number of interleukin-1β ( IL-1β) , ex-pression quantity of IL-1βand tumor necrosis factor-α mRNA of ovary tissue were not significantly affected by daidzein ( P>0.05) . It is indicated that daidzein can improve the performance and egg quality, but hold no ob-served adverse effect on ovary tissue of laying hens, which can be safe.
