本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平α-半乳糖苷酶对1~21日龄爱拔益加( AA)肉鸡生长性能、肠道黏膜形态结构和血清生化、激素指标的影响。试验选择1日龄体重相近的健康AA肉鸡360羽,随机分成6个处理,每处理5个重复,每重复12羽,处理A饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮作为正对照,处理B饲喂降低基础饲粮代谢能0.21 MJ/kg的饲粮作为负对照,处理C、D、E、F分别饲喂在负对照处理饲粮中添加75、150、300、600 g/t的α-半乳糖苷酶制剂(酶活为400 U/g)的饲粮。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加不同水平α-半乳糖苷酶对1~21日龄各处理各阶段AA肉鸡平均日增重( ADG)、平均日采食量( ADFI)、料重比( F/G)以及1~21日龄试鸡存活率均无显著影响( P>0.05),但饲粮添加75 g/t的α-半乳糖苷酶(处理C)有改善1~21日龄AA肉鸡F/G的趋势(0.10>P>0.05);2)酶制剂的添加不同程度地促进了1~21日龄AA肉鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜形态结构的发育;3)饲粮中添加不同水平α-半乳糖苷酶较正、负对照处理对21日龄AA肉鸡血清总蛋白、球蛋白含量和白蛋白/球蛋白影响显著( P<0.05),同时处理C、E、F较负对照处理对21日龄AA肉鸡血清胰岛素含量有极显著提高( P<0.01),处理C和E试鸡21日龄血清胰高血糖素含量较正对照处理亦有极显著提高( P<0.01)。综合分析生长性能、肠道黏膜形态结构和血清生化、激素指标结果,在本试验条件下,在降低基础饲粮代谢能0.21 MJ/kg的基础上,添加75 g/t的α-半乳糖苷酶制剂即可使1~21日龄AA肉鸡生长性能达到与饲喂基础饲粮相当的水平。

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels ofα-galactosidase on growth per-formance, intestinal mucosa structure, and serum biochemical and hormonal indices of Arbor Acre ( AA ) broilers aged from 1 to 21 days. A total of 360 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers with the nearly same weight were randomly selected and allocated to 6 treatments, 5 replicates per treatment and 12 broilers per replication. The positive control treatment was provided with the corn-soybean basal diet, the negative control treatment was fed the basal diet which was reduced 0.21 MJ/kg ME, and the test treatments C, D, E and F were fed the nega-tive control diet which were added 75, 150, 300, 600 g/tα-galactosidase ( enzyme activities was 400 U/g) , respectively. The experiment period was 21 d. The results showed as follows: 1 ) there was no significant difference on average daily gain ( ADG) , average daily feed intake ( ADFI) , the ratio of feed to gain ( F/G) and survival rate during the whole experiment period (P>0.05), but there was a trend that the addition of 75 g/t α-galactosidase (treatment C) decreased F/G of AA broilers aged from 1 to 21 days (0.10>P>0.05). 2) The addition of α-galactosidase could improve the mucosa structure development of duodenum, jejunum and ileum in some extent. 3) Compared with treatments A and B, Added different levels of α-galactosidase in diet significantly affected the contents of serum total protein ( TP) , globulin ( GLO) and the ratio of albumin to globulin ( ALB/GLO) on 21-day-old broilers ( P<0.05) . And at the same time, compared with treatments B, treatments C, E and F significantly improved the content of serum insulin of 21-day-old broilers ( P<0.01) , and compared with treatment A, treatments C and E also significantly improved the content of glucagon (GLU) of 21-day-old broilers (P<0.01). In general, added 75 g/t α-galactosidase had a good effect when AA broilers aged from 1 to 21 d fed the diet which was reduced 0.21 MJ/kg ME.
