目的:探讨肠内免疫生态营养制剂对大鼠肠道免疫及损伤修复功能的影响。方法雄性清洁级Wistar大鼠60只,将其分为对照组(A组)、普通营养组(B组)、免疫营养组(C组)和生态营养组(D组)各15只,分别给予普通饲料、普通饲料+精制蛋白粉、肠内营养乳剂及肠内营养乳剂+双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌喂养。喂养期间每日测量大鼠体质量并记录,喂养1周后断颈处死4组大鼠。取大鼠小肠组织HE染色后观察小肠绒毛高度,肠腺隐窝深度;应用免疫组织化学技术检测小肠组织中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+表达水平有无差别。结果光学显微镜下C组和D组大鼠小肠绒毛较对照组高而密集,B组、C组和D组肠黏膜绒毛高度、腺隐窝深度和黏膜厚度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而C组和D组显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组大鼠体质量增加低于D组,第3天开始,两组大鼠体质量差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C和D组阳性淋巴细胞数均多于A组,其中C组和D组阳性细胞数量明显多于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内免疫生态营养可增强Wistar大鼠肠道免疫功能,促进损伤修复。

목적:탐토장내면역생태영양제제대대서장도면역급손상수복공능적영향。방법웅성청길급Wistar대서60지,장기분위대조조(A조)、보통영양조(B조)、면역영양조(C조)화생태영양조(D조)각15지,분별급여보통사료、보통사료+정제단백분、장내영양유제급장내영양유제+쌍기간균유간균삼련활균위양。위양기간매일측량대서체질량병기록,위양1주후단경처사4조대서。취대서소장조직HE염색후관찰소장융모고도,장선은와심도;응용면역조직화학기술검측소장조직중CD3+、CD4+、CD8+표체수평유무차별。결과광학현미경하C조화D조대서소장융모교대조조고이밀집,B조、C조화D조장점막융모고도、선은와심도화점막후도균명현고우대조조(P<0.05),이C조화D조현저고우B조(P<0.05);A조대서체질량증가저우D조,제3천개시,량조대서체질량차별유통계학의의(P<0.05);B、C화D조양성림파세포수균다우A조,기중C조화D조양성세포수량명현다우A조화B조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론장내면역생태영양가증강Wistar대서장도면역공능,촉진손상수복。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of enteral ecological nutrition for the immune and damage repair in rats. Methods 60 male Wistar rats of small intestine trauma model were divided in to four groups(A:control group;B:common nutrition group;C:immune nutrition group;D:ecological nutrition group) with each 15 rats.A group,the rates were given common feed;B group,rats were given common+the refined protein powder;C group,the rats were given common+Ruineng and D group,the rats were given common+Jinshuanqi. The weight of the rats in each group were measured and recorded every day.The rats were put to death after 1week feeds.And the status of small bowel of the rats was observed.The IgA,CD3+,CD4+and CD8+cell quantity of the small bowel mueosa were detected through immunohistochemical array. Results Under the optical microscope,the villus height in group C and group D rat s was high and densely populated (P<0.05);Group B,group C and group D intestinal mucosal villus height,gland crypt depth and mucosal thickness were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);And group C and group D was significantly higher than that of group B (P<0.05).Control group rats weight gain rate is lower than the experimental group.the third day,two groups of rats weight difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Group B,C and D group,all positive lymphocytes count more than group A,group C and group D positive cells significantly more than group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intestinal immune can strengthen ecological camp Wistar rat intestinal immune function,promote restoration of the damage.
