试验旨在研究饲粮不同能量水平对崂山奶山羊泌乳性能和血清生化指标的影响。选择体重(53.80±1.62) kg、产奶量(1.80±0.19) kg/d、体况相近并处于泌乳期2胎健康崂山奶山羊30只,采用单因素随机分组设计,随机分成3组,每组10只,每只羊为1个重复。分别饲喂钙、磷和蛋白质水平一致,消化能水平分别为9.7、10.8及11.6 MJ/kg的3种饲粮。正试期60 d。结果表明:1)9.7 MJ/kg组有最低的产奶量,且料奶比显著高于10.8 MJ/kg组、11.6 MJ/kg组(P<0.05),10.8 MJ/kg组、11.6 MJ/kg组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)9.7 MJ/kg组乳中有最大的乳脂率,显著高于10.8 MJ/kg组、11.6 MJ/kg组(P<0.05),3组其他乳成分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)10.80 MJ/kg组血清尿素氮含量显著高于9.7 MJ/kg组、11.6 MJ/kg组(P<0.05);11.6 MJ/kg组谷草转氨酶活性和白蛋白、甘油三酯及总胆固醇含量显著或极显著高于9.7 MJ/kg组( P<0.05或P<0.01),不同能量水平对血清总蛋白、球蛋白含量及谷丙转氨酶活性无显著影响( P>0.05)。由以上结果并考虑饲养成本得出,奶山羊获得最佳泌乳性能的饲粮消化能水平为10.8 MJ/kg。

시험지재연구사량불동능량수평대로산내산양비유성능화혈청생화지표적영향。선택체중(53.80±1.62) kg、산내량(1.80±0.19) kg/d、체황상근병처우비유기2태건강로산내산양30지,채용단인소수궤분조설계,수궤분성3조,매조10지,매지양위1개중복。분별사위개、린화단백질수평일치,소화능수평분별위9.7、10.8급11.6 MJ/kg적3충사량。정시기60 d。결과표명:1)9.7 MJ/kg조유최저적산내량,차료내비현저고우10.8 MJ/kg조、11.6 MJ/kg조(P<0.05),10.8 MJ/kg조、11.6 MJ/kg조지간차이불현저(P>0.05)。2)9.7 MJ/kg조유중유최대적유지솔,현저고우10.8 MJ/kg조、11.6 MJ/kg조(P<0.05),3조기타유성분함량차이불현저(P>0.05)。3)10.80 MJ/kg조혈청뇨소담함량현저고우9.7 MJ/kg조、11.6 MJ/kg조(P<0.05);11.6 MJ/kg조곡초전안매활성화백단백、감유삼지급총담고순함량현저혹겁현저고우9.7 MJ/kg조( P<0.05혹P<0.01),불동능량수평대혈청총단백、구단백함량급곡병전안매활성무현저영향( P>0.05)。유이상결과병고필사양성본득출,내산양획득최가비유성능적사량소화능수평위10.8 MJ/kg。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary energy level on lactation perform-ance and serum biochemical indices of Laoshan dairy goats. Thirty Laoshan dairy goats in lactation with aver-age weight of (53.80±1.62) kg, milk yield of (1.80±0.19) kg/d and parity of 2 were used by single-factor randomized design and equally divided into 3 groups with 10 goats per group ( each goat was one replicate) . Three groups were fed diets with consistent calcium, phosphorus, and protein levels, but different energy lev-els (9.7, 10.8 and 11.6 MJ/kg, respectively). The experiment lasted for 60 d. The results showed as follows:1) milk yield in 9. 7 MJ/kg group was significantly lower than that in 10. 8 and 11. 6 MJ/kg groups ( P<0.05) , but there was no significant difference between 10.8 and 11.6 MJ/kg groups ( P>0.05) . 2) Milk fat percentage in 9.7 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in 10.8 and 11.6 MJ/kg groups ( P<0.05) , there was no significant effect on the other milk compositions in three groups ( P>0.05) . 3) Serum urea nitro-gen content in 10.80 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in 9. 7 and 11. 6 MJ/kg groups ( P<0.05) , and serum glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase activity and albumin, triglyceride and total cholesterol con-tents were significantly lower than those in 11.6 MJ/kg group ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) , however, all goats had similar contents of total protein and globulin and activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in serum ( P>0.05) . Overall, considering the costing of the feeding and the above results, digestible energy level at 10.80 MJ/kg is the best for Laoshan dairy goats’ lactation performance.
