以酚醛型氰酸酯为主体树脂、二烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂为促进改性剂、固体羧基丁腈橡胶为增韧剂、气相法二氧化硅为流动控制剂、乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用机械共混和溶解分散方法制备了一种玻璃布蜂窝节点胶。试验结果表明,二烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺树脂对酚醛型氰酸酯有很好的促进作用,用量在15质量份(100质量份PT-30酚醛型氰酸酯中的加入量,下同)时节点胶可以在200℃以下固化成型,且可满足200℃长期使用要求;固体羧基丁腈橡胶大幅提高了节点胶的韧性,用量在30质量份时蜂窝的节点强度达到4.0 kN/m以上,满足玻璃布蜂窝芯材料的制造工艺。

Using phonel novolac cyanate ester as the matrix resin, diallyl bisphenol A modified bismaleimide resin as the curing catalyst, carboxylic acrylonitrile butadiene rubber as the toughener, fumed silica as the flow control agent, ethyl acetate as the solvent, a node adhesive for fabrication of glass fabric honeycomb core was prepared by means of the mechanical mixing and solvent dispersion method. The results showed that diallyl bisphenol A modified bisemaleimide exhibited good promoting action for novolac cyanate curing, the node adhesive was curable under 200℃when its content was 15 phr, and it can met the requirement of long-term use at 200℃; the solid carboxylic acrylonitrile butadiene rubbr was able significantly to improve the toughness of node adhesive, the node strength of honeycomb reached 4.0 kN/m or above when its content was 30 phr, it is suitable for fabrication process of glass fabric honeycomb core.
