近年来，黑龙江春季旅游发展虽确有成效，但因为缺乏专业的系统分析、全面对策研究，一直没有改变春季旅游发展滞后的问题。从黑龙江省春季旅游面对的机遇与挑战两个方面系统分析了其发展现状，发现黑龙江省开展春季旅游的资源丰富、效果初成，但欠缺深度挖掘、系统开发。从优化旅游业发展环境、升级春季旅游产品体系、形成春季旅游宣传合力三个方面提出了黑龙江省春季旅游发展的构想。
근년래，흑룡강춘계여유발전수학유성효，단인위결핍전업적계통분석、전면대책연구，일직몰유개변춘계여유발전체후적문제。종흑룡강성춘계여유면대적궤우여도전량개방면계통분석료기발전현상，발현흑룡강성개전춘계여유적자원봉부、효과초성，단흠결심도알굴、계통개발。종우화여유업발전배경、승급춘계여유산품체계、형성춘계여유선전합력삼개방면제출료흑룡강성춘계여유발전적구상。
Recently , the spring tourism in Heilongjiang has developed well .But because of the lack of professional research in system analysis and comprehensive countermeasures , the development cannot change the basic problem of spring tourism’s slow development in Heilongjiang .This paper analyzes the present situation of spring tourism in Heilongjiang systematically from its opportunities and challenges . The resources of tourism are rich , and some successes are achieved ,but the further and sustainable development is needed .So it puts forward the conception of spring tourism development in Heilongjiang Province from optimizing development environment ,upgrading the spring tourism product system , and forming advertisements in the spring tourism .
