目的：观察椅旁计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作（CAD/CAM）系统CEREC AC在后牙无髓牙牙体缺损修复中的临床效果。方法选择2012年11月至2013年11月沈阳军区总医院收治的牙体缺损患者60例（患牙62颗），采用椅旁CAD/CAM 系统进行CEREC AC高嵌体修复，分别在修复后的6、12个月进行随访，对修复体的完整度、舒适度、边缘密合度、边缘着色进行分析。结果6个月时，CEREC AC高嵌体的完整度为98.39%、舒适度为91.94%、边缘密合度为98.39%、边缘着色为95.16%；12个月时，CEREC AC高嵌体的完整度为93.55%、舒适度为98.39%、边缘密合度为93.55%、边缘着色为91.94%。结论椅旁CAD/CAM系统CEREC AC制作高嵌体用于后牙无髓牙牙体缺损修复的方法，在短期应用安全可靠，长期临床效果还有待观察。
목적：관찰의방계산궤보조설계/계산궤보조제작（CAD/CAM）계통CEREC AC재후아무수아아체결손수복중적림상효과。방법선택2012년11월지2013년11월침양군구총의원수치적아체결손환자60례（환아62과），채용의방CAD/CAM 계통진행CEREC AC고감체수복，분별재수복후적6、12개월진행수방，대수복체적완정도、서괄도、변연밀합도、변연착색진행분석。결과6개월시，CEREC AC고감체적완정도위98.39%、서괄도위91.94%、변연밀합도위98.39%、변연착색위95.16%；12개월시，CEREC AC고감체적완정도위93.55%、서괄도위98.39%、변연밀합도위93.55%、변연착색위91.94%。결론의방CAD/CAM계통CEREC AC제작고감체용우후아무수아아체결손수복적방법，재단기응용안전가고，장기림상효과환유대관찰。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects on the CEREC chairside all-ceramic systems in dental defects cases. Methods 62 onlays were made according to the standard procedure of CEREC chairside all-ceramic systems after root canal therapy,which were followed up for 6 months and 12 months.The intergrity,comfort degree,edge fitness,staining were evaluated. Results The clinical research results showed that the intergrity rate was 98.39%,comfort degree was 91.94%,edge fitness was 98.39%,staining was 95.16%after 6 months,which was 93.55%,98.39%,93.55%,and 91.94%after 12 months respectively. Conclusion CEREC chairside all-ceramic systems in dental defects cases can get superior clinical effect in a short time.
