目的：归纳社会资本理论和老年人自感健康的关系，总结社会资本理论在自感健康研究中的现状及前景。方法：在CNKI、PubMed等6个中英文数据库及书籍、网站检索相关文献，经筛选后获取信息。结果：入选59篇文献中，53篇综述类文献均涉及“社会资本”因素，49篇明确提到“社会资本”；6篇实证研究文献均涉及社会资本因素，涉及自感健康文献4篇，3篇关于老年人自感健康实证研究。结论：我国关于社会资本的研究处于初步探索阶段，明显集中在发达地区。大部分研究围绕社会支持展开，对社会信任等社会资本核心要素及多方面社会资本要素的研究较少；国内从社会资本视角对老年人的研究集中在健康方面，特别是心理健康，而老年人自感健康研究还较缺乏。

Objective:To conclude the relationship between social capital theory and the perceived health of the aged, and to sum-marize the current situation and prospect of social capital theory in the research on perceived health. Method: Related literature was retrieved in 6 Chinese and English databases, books and websites including CNKI and PubMed, and the information was obtained after a careful selection. Result:Among the 59 selected papers, 53 review papers of them involve the factor of "social capital"and 49 of them clearly mention "social capital"; 6 em-pirical research papers involve the element of social capital, and 4 of them involve perceived health and 3 of them are empirical research on the perceived health of the aged. Conclusion:The re-search on social capital has just started in China, and concentrat-ed in developed areas. Most studies revolve around social sup-port, but there are few studies on social trust, a core element of social capital, and multiple social capital elements; domestic studies on the aged from the perspective of social capital focus on health, especially psychological health, while the research on the perceived health of the aged is still insufficient.
