高校人文社科学报的核心竞争力就是获得可持续发展的、相对于同类其他学报的竞争优势，包括获取、整合、加工优质资源的能力、高效的运行机制、鲜明的个性特色。目前大部分高校人文社科学报优质稿源缺乏、编校质量不过关、创新与竞争乏力。提升其核心竞争力可采取策略如合理规划、明确目标、明晰定位，建立严格的运行机制，发挥编委会的作用，精心遴选审稿专家，加强编辑队伍建设等。
고교인문사과학보적핵심경쟁력취시획득가지속발전적、상대우동류기타학보적경쟁우세，포괄획취、정합、가공우질자원적능력、고효적운행궤제、선명적개성특색。목전대부분고교인문사과학보우질고원결핍、편교질량불과관、창신여경쟁핍력。제승기핵심경쟁력가채취책략여합리규화、명학목표、명석정위，건립엄격적운행궤제，발휘편위회적작용，정심린선심고전가，가강편집대오건설등。
The core competitiveness of university journals of hu-manities and social sciences is to obtain the competitive advan-tages of sustainable development compared to other journals of the same kind, including the abilities of obtaining, integrating and processing excellent researches, an efficient operation mechanism and distinct personality characteristics. But at present most uni-versity journals of humanities and social sciences lack high-quality sources of papers, first-class quality of editing and proofreading, innovation and competitiveness. To improve their core competitiveness, the following measures can be taken:plan-ning properly, pinpointing the goals, making clear the orientation, establishing a strict operation mechanism, giving play to the role of the editorial committee, meticulously selecting expert editors, and enhancing the editor team construction.
