有机化学实验作为医学院有机化学课程系统的重要组成部分，对学生综合实验技能、创新能力、科研思维的培养起着重要作用。传统有机化学实验教学由于教学模式及内容上存的问题，不利于学生科研思维的培养及综合素质的提高。为了改变这一现状，我们在学生专业能力、综合性实验、实验报告科学化以及学生团队精神等方面进行了改革和实践，取得了良好的效果。

As an important part in the medical organic chemistry system, organic chemistry experiments play a significant role in the cultiva-tion of students' scientific thinking and comprehensive experimental skills. There are many drawbacks in traditional organic chemistry experimental teaching, including teaching contents and teaching modes, which limit the students' comprehensive qualities and creative abilities. In order to im-prove this situation, we introduced some reforms which obtained good effects on students' professional ability, comprehensive experiments, scientific lab reports and students' team spirit.
