目的：：探讨和评估综合护理干预在改善持续性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒中的效果。方法：选取我科收治的持续性血液透析并发皮肤瘙痒患者100例，随机分为综合护理干预组和常规护理组，每组50例；综合护理干预组除进行常规血液透析外，还进行综合护理干预；常规护理除了常规的血液透析外，只进行一些常规护理工作，通过对皮肤瘙痒的改善效果比较2种方法的差异。结果：综合护理干预组与常规护理组在治疗前，患者的皮肤瘙痒程度基本上相同( P >0.05)，但经过治疗后，综合护理干预组的皮肤瘙痒程度明显改善，而常规护理组虽有改善，但改善程度不大，且明显差于综合护理干预组( P <0.05)。结论：综合护理干预在改善血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒中，具有较高的价值，值得推广应用。
목적：：탐토화평고종합호리간예재개선지속성혈액투석환자피부소양중적효과。방법：선취아과수치적지속성혈액투석병발피부소양환자100례，수궤분위종합호리간예조화상규호리조，매조50례；종합호리간예조제진행상규혈액투석외，환진행종합호리간예；상규호리제료상규적혈액투석외，지진행일사상규호리공작，통과대피부소양적개선효과비교2충방법적차이。결과：종합호리간예조여상규호리조재치료전，환자적피부소양정도기본상상동( P >0.05)，단경과치료후，종합호리간예조적피부소양정도명현개선，이상규호리조수유개선，단개선정도불대，차명현차우종합호리간예조( P <0.05)。결론：종합호리간예재개선혈액투석환자피부소양중，구유교고적개치，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To explore and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of skin pruritus in mainte-nance hemodialysis patients. Methods:100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with skin pruritus in our department were selected, and randomly divided into comprehensive nursing intervention group and routine nursing group, 50 cases in each group. The comprehensive nursing intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to conventional hemodialysis, while the routine nursing group was only given some routine nursing in addition to conventional hemodialysis, with differences compared between the two methods based on improved effect of skin pruritus. Results:Before treatment, patients' itching degree of skin in the comprehensive nursing intervention group was basically the same to that in the conventional nursing group ( P >0. 05), but after treatment, the itching degree of skin improved obviously in the comprehensive nursing intervention group, and in the routine nursing group the improvement which appeared but was not big was significantly worse than that in the comprehensive nursing intervention group. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0. 05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention has a high value in improving skin pruritus of hemodialysis patients, and it is worthy to popularize and apply.
