通过分析河北产业结构调整对自动化技术技能人才新的需求现状,找出当前河北省高职学生就业能力培养过程中存在的主要问题,并针对此提出了提升高职学生就业能力的有效途径,试图为河北省自动化行业培养高素质技术技能人才,为提高高职院校就业质量提供借鉴与参考。

In this paper, the current requirement situation of the automation technology skilled employees for the industrial structure adjustment in hebei are analyzed. Then, the main existing problems in the process of training students’ employment ability in the higher vocational school are studied. To deal with the existing problems, the primary route of improving the capability of finding employment for higher vocational students is presented. The method is trying to offer reference for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the automation industry in Hebei province and improving the employment quality for the higher vocational colleges.
