针对利用电磁单元绝缘电阻 R in 和介损值 tan δ来判断500 kV 电容式电压互感器(capacitor voltage trans-former,CVT)绝缘状况还没有统一的标准及方法的问题,通过一起500 kV CVT 电磁单元绝缘缺陷分析案例,依据试验测试、外观检查以及解体情况等综合因素,介绍电磁单元缺陷分析方法,确定电磁单元绝缘缺陷原因。最后提出如何在现场进行试验判断 CVT 电磁单元绝缘状况的一些有效的建议。

In allusion to the problem of no unified standard and method for judging insulation condition of 500 kV capacitor voltage transformer(CVT)by using insulation resistance of electromagnetic unit and dielectric loss factor,an analysis meth-od for defect of electromagnetic unit was introduced and reasons for insulation defect were confirmed based on one analysis case of insulation defect of 500 kV CVT electromagnetic unit and some comprehensive factors including experimental tes-ting,appearance inspection and disassembly situation,and so on.Effective suggestions to judge insulation condition of CVT electromagnetic unit were proposed for field experiment.
