目的:探讨在技能竞赛时开展客观结构化临床考试( OSCE)的效果。方法2013年12月32名护理学生参加了OSCE形式的技能竞赛,并通过问卷的方式对参赛选手进行了实施效果调查分析。结果80%以上的选手认为赛前培训能让其熟悉OSCE的模式与流程、5个考站的设计也较合理;认为OSCE竞赛形式有助于其临床技能的掌握、临床思维能力的形成、改变学习方法等提高的人数均达50%以上,并有96.88%的选手认为OSCE应该推广到其他教学中。但30%以上的选手认为每个考站的时长设置不合理,学生扮演的标准化患者只能一般或未能真实模拟临床患者。结论 OSCE形式的技能竞赛促进了临床护理带教思维的转变与学生临床综合能力的提升,可进一步在护理实践教学中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effects of Objective Structured Clinical Examination ( OSCE) . Methods A total of 32 nursing students took part in the skill competition by OSCE mode, and surveyed and analyzed the application effects by questionnaire. Results Over 80% of candidates believed the pre-training help them be familiar with OSCE mode and process and 5 examination station designed reasonable, and over 50% candidates considered that OSCE competition mode benefited clinical skill mastery, formation of clinical ideation and changed the method of learning. 96. 88% of candidates recognized the OSCE should be promoted to the other teaching. However, over 30% candidates viewed that the length of each examination station was not reasonable, and the standardized patients acted by nursing students were common and did not act as real clinical patients. Conclusions The skill competition of OSCE mode can promotes the change of clinical teaching mind and students′ clinical comprehensive ability, and further spread its implementation in nursing practice teaching.
