对于通过在绕线式转子上接变频器进行调速的电机控制系统而言,其整机性能的好坏,关键取决于变频器能否与电机的等效电路参数进行很好的匹配,而电机等效电路参数又将影响到电机电磁方案的选取。从绕线式转子电机的等效电路出发,以试验数据为依据,推导出了绕线式转子电机定转子参数分离的原理与计算方法。最后通过一台样机试验验证表明:通过本方法理论计算的定转子参数与试验实测参数的误差为5%以内,从而验证了理论分析的正确性。

To the variable frequency speed regulation system which control motor by connecting convertor to rotor, the system performance is depended whether the convertor and the motor is good match or not. And the motor equivalent circuit parameter will influence the generator electromagnetic data. Based on the equivalent circuit of the rotor winding motor and the test data, the calculation principle and method for separation the sataor parameter and rotor parameter was derived. The sample motor test data showed that the difference value between theory calculation and test data was smaller than 5% , The correctness of separation calculation method was proved.
