目的:针对大学生综合素质属性多样化、不可重复的特性,导致大学生综合素质专家对大学生综合素质评价模糊,决策信息不完备的问题,提出了一种基于区间数的群决策方法。方法:首先,构建了大学生综合素质综合评价指标体系,分析并得到属性指标的权重;结合区间数间距离建立非线性规划模型来确定专家权重;然后,再利用区间数算术加权平均算子将多个决策矩阵进行有效地集结,形成综合决策矩阵,结果:通过建立比较可能度矩阵,利用排序向量法对大学生综合素质评价决策矩阵进行择优排序。结论:实例表明,利用区间数的群决策方法对大学生综合素质进行评价,取得了良好的效果,为大学生综合素质评价这一类复杂的决策问题提供了有效的途径以及可借鉴的方法。

Objective:According to the diversified and unrepeatable features of the college students’comprehensive quality, the experts of college students’ comprehensive quality have fuzzy evaluation and incomplete decision information for them, so we put forward a multi-attribute group decision method for college students’comprehensive quality based on interval numbers. Method:Firstly, based on the college students’ quality, we build the comprehensive evaluation index system of college students’ comprehensive quality, analyze and get the attribute index weight;secondly, we use interval numbers to build non-linear programming model and getting expert weight;thirdly, interval weighted arithmetic aggregated operator has be aggregated into a collective decision-making matrix. Result: With two dimensions possibility degree, a possibility degree matrix has been constructed to rank college students’ comprehensive quality by sorting vector method. Conclusion: A case study is presented to evaluate the college students’ comprehensive quality by using interval numbers’ group decision, it has good affections and provides a reference method for this kind of complex decision-making problems.
