培养具有创新能力的医学人才是高等医学教育的目标,传统的医学教育往往忽视医学生自主学习能力及创新能力的培养。医学本科阶段尽早实行“双早”教育能提升医学生自主学习的能力,提高其学习效率,培养其具有扎实的医学理论知识和较强临床技能。本文从我国医学本科生接触临床与科研的现状“双早”教育的意义,探讨了双早教育对医学生自主学习的激励作用。

Cultivating medical personnel with the innovation ability is the goal of higher medical educa‐tion .The traditional medical education ignores the cultivation of medical students ’ autonomous learn‐ing ability and innovation ability .The plan of two early educations can promote the ability of medical students’ autonomous learning ,the learning efficiency ,and cultivate medical personnel with solid theoretical knowledge ,excellent clinical skills .This paper is to discuss the incentive effect of the plan of two early educations on Undergraduate medical students’ autonomous learning from the current status in medical undergraduates involving clinic and scientific research .
