目的:调查临床医学、中西医临床医学、医学影像学和护理学4个专业本科生批判性思维能力的现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,利用批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI‐CV)对387名医学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生总体批判性思维能力为正性表现(>280分),7个特质中除寻找真相(37.00分)和系统化能力(38.93分)表现为意义不明确外,其余均表现为正性特质(>40分);不同专业学生的批判性思维能力差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);医学生批判性思维能力与宗教信仰、了解批判性思维和课外阅读时间3个因素有相关性( P<0.05)。结论医学生的批判性思维能力虽然呈正性,但还有待提高,引导学生树立科学的世界观和人生观,加强对批判性思维相关知识的了解,并鼓励学生阅读课外读物有利于提高医学生的批判性思维能力。

Objective Investigating the current status and related factors of critical thinking ability in clinical medical ,Chinese and western integrative medical ,medical imageological and nursing under‐graduates .Methods A total of 387 students were selected by cluster sampling method ,and question‐naires of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory‐Chinese Version (CTDI‐CV )were adopted for the survey .Results The general performance of critical thinking ability in students was positive (overall score >280) .Among all the seven critical thinking dispositions ,average scores of each item were all positive(>40)except that the significance of truth seeking (37 .00)and systematic ability (38 .93)were indefinite .There was no significant difference in critical thinking ability among different majors of students(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The critical thinking ability of medical students is positive ,however , it remains to be improved .To improve critical thinking ability of medical students ,effective ways are suggested including guiding students to establish correct outlook on word and life ,enhancing under‐standing of critical thinking ,and encouraging students to read .
