针对某500 kV 变电站 TYD 500/3-0.005H 型电容式电压互感器三相输出电压不平衡问题,通过对故障互感器进行试验,初步判断故障原因为电容式电压互感器有电容元件击穿,并进一步对故障互感器进行解体分析,发现 U 相低压臂 C2内部有1个电容元件击穿,W 相高压臂 C1内部有5个电容元件击穿,造成 U 相二次输出电压降低,W 相输出电压增高。在此基础上分析了电容元件击穿的原因,并从出厂把关、定期试验、备品备件储备等5方面给出了相应预防措施。

In allusion to the problem of three phase output voltage imbalance of TYD 500/ 3-0.005H typed capacitive volt-age transformer in some 500 kV substation,by means of experiment on the faulted transformer,reason for the fault was ini-tially judged as capacitor element breakdown.It was discovered that there was one capacitor element breakdown inside low voltage arm C2 of U phase and five capacitor elements breakdown inside high voltage arm of W phase which caused reduc-tion of secondary output voltage of U phase while increase of output voltage of W phase.Reasons for capacitor element breakdown were analyzed on the above analysis basis and relevant precaution measures were proposed in aspects of factory quality ensurance,routine test,reserve parts storage,and so on.
