针对电力系统实时动态检测系统中使用的2个数据传输规约———Q/GDW 131—2006《电力系统实时动态监测系统技术规范》(以下简称“V2版规约”)和 GB/T 26865.2—2011《电力系统实时动态监测系统第2部分：数据传输协议》(以下简称“V3版规约”)，比较了两者的差异，阐述了 V3版规约的改进之处以及发布的目的和意义。为考察相量测量单元和相量数据集中器实现 V3版规约的程度，设计了规约检测的结构、流程和内容，并开发软件实现规约检测。
針對電力繫統實時動態檢測繫統中使用的2箇數據傳輸規約———Q/GDW 131—2006《電力繫統實時動態鑑測繫統技術規範》(以下簡稱“V2版規約”)和 GB/T 26865.2—2011《電力繫統實時動態鑑測繫統第2部分：數據傳輸協議》(以下簡稱“V3版規約”)，比較瞭兩者的差異，闡述瞭 V3版規約的改進之處以及髮佈的目的和意義。為攷察相量測量單元和相量數據集中器實現 V3版規約的程度，設計瞭規約檢測的結構、流程和內容，併開髮軟件實現規約檢測。
침대전력계통실시동태검측계통중사용적2개수거전수규약———Q/GDW 131—2006《전력계통실시동태감측계통기술규범》(이하간칭“V2판규약”)화 GB/T 26865.2—2011《전력계통실시동태감측계통제2부분：수거전수협의》(이하간칭“V3판규약”)，비교료량자적차이，천술료 V3판규약적개진지처이급발포적목적화의의。위고찰상량측량단원화상량수거집중기실현 V3판규약적정도，설계료규약검측적결구、류정화내용，병개발연건실현규약검측。
This paper compares differences of two data transmission protocols for power system real-time dynamic detection system,one is Q/GDW 13 1-2006 technical specifications for power system real-time dynamic monitoring system (thereafter as V2 edition protocol)and the other GB/T 26865.2-201 1 power system real-time dynamic monitoring system,the second part,data transmission protocol (thereafter as V3 edition protocol).It also states improvement points of V3 edition protocol and its issue purpose and meaning.In order to investigate degree of phase measuring unit and phase data concentrator reali-zing V3 edition protocol,it introduces design for structure,flow and content of protocol detection and development of soft-ware for realizing protocol detection.
