目的:探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者服药依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法选取2012年11月—2013年10月常州市钟楼区北港街道社区卫生服务中心收治的90例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予健康教育,比较两组患者干预前后的服药依从性及治疗效果。结果干预前两组患者服药依从性比较,差异无统计学意义( P ﹥0.05),干预后1、3个月观察组服药依从性高于对照组( P ﹤0.05)。干预后1、3、6个月观察组总有效率高于对照组(P ﹤0.05);干预前两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)比较,差异无统计学意义(P ﹥0.05),干预后观察组 FBG、2hPBG 均低于对照组(P ﹤0.05)。结论健康教育可提高糖尿病患者的服药依从性及治疗效果。

목적:탐토건강교육대당뇨병환자복약의종성급치료효과적영향。방법선취2012년11월—2013년10월상주시종루구북항가도사구위생복무중심수치적90례당뇨병환자,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,각45례。대조조환자급여상규호리,관찰조환자급여건강교육,비교량조환자간예전후적복약의종성급치료효과。결과간예전량조환자복약의종성비교,차이무통계학의의( P ﹥0.05),간예후1、3개월관찰조복약의종성고우대조조( P ﹤0.05)。간예후1、3、6개월관찰조총유효솔고우대조조(P ﹤0.05);간예전량조환자적공복혈당(FBG)、찬후2h혈당(2hPBG)비교,차이무통계학의의(P ﹥0.05),간예후관찰조 FBG、2hPBG 균저우대조조(P ﹤0.05)。결론건강교육가제고당뇨병환자적복약의종성급치료효과。
Objective To study the influence of health education on medication compliance and treatment efficacy of diabetes mellitus patients. Methods From November 2012 to October 2013 in Beigang Community Health Center of Zhonglou District,Chang - zhou a total of 90 diabetes mellitus patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observa-tion group,45 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing,the observation group were given health educa-tion,the medication compliance and treatment efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The medication compliance be-tween the two groups before intervention showed no significant differences(P ﹥ 0. 05),medication compliance of observation group after intervention of 1 month and 3 months were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The clinical total efficiency of observation group after intervention of 1 month,3 and 6 months were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial glucose(2hPBG)between two groups before intervention showed no significant differences(P ﹥ 0. 05);the FBG, 2hPBG of observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Health education can improve the medication compliance and treatment efficacy of diabetes mellitus patients.
