目的：研究皮敏消对湿疹患者的临床治疗效果。方法68例湿疹患者，根据治疗方法不同进行分组。实验组34例，选择皮敏消治疗；对照组34例，选择西替利嗪治疗。观察实验组与对照组的临床效果，并比较。结果与对照组相比，实验组治疗总有效率较高，复发率较低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮敏消治疗湿疹的临床效果显著，有效率高，不良反应较少，值得推广。
목적：연구피민소대습진환자적림상치료효과。방법68례습진환자，근거치료방법불동진행분조。실험조34례，선택피민소치료；대조조34례，선택서체리진치료。관찰실험조여대조조적림상효과，병비교。결과여대조조상비，실험조치료총유효솔교고，복발솔교저，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론피민소치료습진적림상효과현저，유효솔고，불량반응교소，치득추엄。
Objective To research clinical effect by Piminxiao in the treatment of eczema. Methods A total of 68 eczema patients were divided by different treatment methods into experimental group with 34 cases receiving Piminxiao for treatment and control group with 34 cases receiving cetirizine. Clinical effects of the experimental group and the control group were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had higher total effective rate and lower recurrence rate. Their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Piminxiao provides precisely clinical effect in treating eczema, with high effective rate and few adverse reactions. It is worthy of promotion.
