目的:研究麝香保心丸对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者QT间期离散度(QTd)的影响。方法80例AMI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗。在治疗前和治疗4周后分别测量QTd及校正QT间期离散度(QTcd),并观察治疗前、后室性心律失常及心源性猝死例数。结果两组治疗后QTd、QTcd与治疗前比较均显著减小(P<0.05);两组治疗后各指标比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后心源性猝死及室性心律失常的发生率对照组高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸可以明显缩短QTd、QTcd,减少室性心律失常及心源性猝死发生率,而从电生理角度来评析麝香保心丸可作为治疗急性心肌梗死的基础用药之一。

목적:연구사향보심환대급성심기경사(AMI)환자QT간기리산도(QTd)적영향。방법80례AMI환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조40례。대조조채용상규약물치료,치료조재대조조치료기출상가용사향보심환치료。재치료전화치료4주후분별측량QTd급교정QT간기리산도(QTcd),병관찰치료전、후실성심률실상급심원성졸사례수。결과량조치료후QTd、QTcd여치료전비교균현저감소(P<0.05);량조치료후각지표비교,치료조우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),치료후심원성졸사급실성심률실상적발생솔대조조고우치료조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론사향보심환가이명현축단QTd、QTcd,감소실성심률실상급심원성졸사발생솔,이종전생리각도래평석사향보심환가작위치료급성심기경사적기출용약지일。
Objective To research influence of Shexiangbaoxin pills on QT interval dispersion (QTd) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. Methods A total of 80 AMI patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug for treatment, and the treatment group received additional Shexiangbaoxin pills. Their QTd and heart rate-corrected QT interval dispersion (QTcd) were detected before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment. Observations were made on ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death number before and after treatment. Results Both groups had remarkable decrease in QTd and QTcd after treatment, compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group had better indexes than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). The control group had higher incidences of ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death than the treatment group after treatment, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Shexiangbaoxin pills can obviously reduce QTd, QTcd, and incidences of ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. It is one of the basic medicines for acute myocardial infarction in the aspect of electrophysiology.
