目的：探讨经颅视神经管减压术治疗外伤性视神经损伤的手术时机与疗效的关系。方法回顾性总结分析24例经颅视神经管减压手术治疗外伤性视神经损伤患者的临床资料,依据患者受伤至手术时间分为三组：A组：3h~1d,12例；B组：1~3d,7例；C组：3~7d,5例。术后随访6~24个月。比较分析三组的疗效差异。结果 A组12例中有效10例；B组7例中有效3例；C组5例中有效1例,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外伤性视神经损伤手术时机最好在外伤后3 d内进行。

Objective To investigate relationship between operation opportunity and curative effect of transcranial optic canal decompression in the treatment of traumatic optic nerve injury. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 24 traumatic optic nerve injury patients treated by transcranial optic canal decompression. They were divided by operation opportunity into three groups, as group A with 12 cases in 3 h~1 d, group B with7 cases in 1~3 d, and group C with 5 cases in 3~7 d. Postoperative follow-up lasted for 6~24 months. Differences in curative effects were compared in the three groups. Results There were 10 effective cases among 12 cases in group A, 3 effective cases among 7 cases in group B, and 1 effective case among 5 cases in group C. The differences across the three groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The best operation opportunity for traumatic optic nerve injury is within 3 d.
