异步电机矢量控制的性能易受电机参数变化的影响。该文针对转子时间常数变化的情况,提出一种基于转矩观测的磁场定向矫正方法。利用定向控制偏差时转矩在dq坐标系和αβ坐标系上的观测差异,通过PI调节器直接补偿转差角频率。文中还详细分析了由转子时间常数引起dq轴电流的耦合性,及定向偏差对转子磁链、转矩观测的影响。由于该方法直接观测定子磁链,不涉及难以准确辨识的转子电阻参数,因此可以有效地保证矫正的精度。该方法结构简单、易于工程实现。仿真和实验验证了该算法的有效性。

The performance of induction motor vector control is easily impacted by the variation of motor parameters. To overcome the effect of rotor time constant changing, a field orientation real-time correction method of rotor flux accurate orientation based on torque observer was proposed. The slip frequency is compensated directly by applying a PI regulator which uses the difference produced by the two torque observers indq andαβ reference frame respectively when there’s a flux directional deviation. The coupling ofdq-axis current caused by the rotor time constant change, and the influence exerted by the directional deviation on rotor flux and torque observer were analyzed. Since this method directly observes the stator flux without involving the rotor resistance, the accuracy of correction can be effectively ensured. Besides, this method is very simple in structure and easily to be implemented in industrial application. Both simulation and experiment results have verified the effectiveness of the new proposed method.
