探矿技术是资源勘察、资源储量的一种技术手段，而地勘单位作为专门负责钻探的部门，要想获得利益，适应市场化需求，从而在激烈的竞争中占据优势地位，首先就是要保证安全施工，提高工程质量，保证施工进度，降低工程成本，这是生存和发展的关键所在。以当今的经济环境为基础，分析钻探施工成本控制中所面临的问题，解释相应的对策以供参考。围绕钻探生产施工中成本控制及预算，也需要做好拟定规划控制成本，在实际生产过程中按部就班进行。

As a professional drill-ing department, at first the geological exploration units should en-sure safety construction, improve the quality of engineering, en-sure the construction progress and reduce the engineering cost in order to profit, to adapt to the market demand and to occupy the dominant position in the fierce competition, which is the key to the survival and development. On the basis of the current economic en-vironment the paper analyzes the problems faced in drilling engi-neering cost control and put forward the corresponding counter-measures for reference. For the cost control and budget of drilling engineering the planning is also to be formulated and proceed step by step in the process of practical production.
