目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎的临床疗效以及成本-效果。方法选择2012年1月—2013年4月遵义县人民医院收治的180例老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各90例。两组患者均给予基础治疗，试验组给予盐酸氨溴索联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗，对照组给予盐酸溴己新片联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及成本-效果。结果试验组总有效率为91.11％，高于对照组的61.11％，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；试验组的成本-效果比为29.61，低于对照组的32.38，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎的临床疗效确切，成本-效果好。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and cost - effectiveness of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with cefoperazone - sulbactam sodium in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus and pneumonia. Methods From January 2012 to April 2013 in the People's Hospital of Zunyi County,a tatal of 180 elderly diabetes mellitus and pneumonia patients were select-ed and randomly divided into experiment group and control group,90 cases in each group. Two groups were all given basic treat-ment,the experiment group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with cefoperazone - sulbactam sodium,the con-trol group were treated with bromhexine hydrochloride tablets combined with cefoperazone - sulbactam sodium. Clinical efficacy and cost - effectiveness between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experiment group was 91. 11% ,which was higher than 61. 11% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);the cost- effectiveness ratio of the experiment group was 29. 61,which was lower than 32. 38 of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with cefoperazone -sulbactam sodium is sure in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus and pneumonia,cost - effectiveness is good.
