以醋酸为原料直接加氢与酯化加氢制乙醇可解决我国乙醇供给不足的现状,同时可缓减我国醋酸产能过剩的局面。本文从技术与经济的角度对两种工艺进行了分析比较,结果表明,两种工艺在现有条件下均具有可行性,适用于当前的醋酸企业。采用醋酸制乙醇工艺不仅增加装置使用的灵活性,还提高了产品的附加值。

The present situation of the short supply of ethanol could be resolved by direct hydrogenation and esterification hydrogenation for preparation of ethanol, using acetic acid as raw material, while the complexion of acetic acid overcapacity also could be relieved. These two routings were analyzed and compared from technical and economic aspects in this text, respectively, and the results show that under the existing conditions both are feasible and suitable for current acetic acid enterprises. The flexibility in use of devices could not only be increased, but also the product added value would be improved by adopting ethanol preparation routing from acetic acid.
