低碳经济已成为区域可持续发展的必然选择，发展低碳经济是信阳市优化产业结构、建设生态信阳的需要。本文针对信阳市发展低碳经济存在问题，从宣传理念、建立生态系统，优化产业结构、构筑创新体系、加强人才培样等方面提出了建议。

Low-carbon economy has become an inevitable choice for sustainable development of the region. Development of low-carbon economy is necessary for optimizing the industrial structure and building an ecological city in Xinyang City. This paper presents recommendations from the publicity concept, the establishment of ecological systems, optimizing industrial structure, building innovation system, strengthening personnel training and other aspects of the sample for low-carbon economic problems of Xinyang City.
