目的:探讨近视眼轴长度对近视弧形斑、视网膜形态影响。方法回顾性分析等效球镜-1--27D近视眼43例86眼临床资料,按眼轴的长度分为A、B、C、D 四组(A 组:≤26mm、B 组:26.01mm-28mm、C 组:28.01mm-30mm、D组:≥30.01mm),分析视盘面积、近视弧面积、黄斑部平均视网膜厚度、中心视网膜厚度、黄斑部体积的变化;利用SPSS 17.0统计软件,采用单因素方差分析。结果 A、B、C、D四组视盘面积分别是(1.95±0.39)mm2、(1.87±0.48)mm2、(2.70±0.81)mm2、(2.26±0.76)mm2,近视弧面积分别是(0.76±0.51)mm2、(1.42±0.31)mm2、(3.87±2.04)mm2、(5.87±2.73)mm2;A、B两组之间的视盘、近视弧面积之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);C、D组之间及与A、B组在视盘面积、近视弧面积之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C、D四组黄斑部平均视网膜厚度、中心视网膜厚度、黄斑部体积之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着眼轴增长,视盘面积、近视弧面积增加,黄斑部视网膜厚度、体积无变化。

목적:탐토근시안축장도대근시호형반、시망막형태영향。방법회고성분석등효구경-1--27D근시안43례86안림상자료,안안축적장도분위A、B、C、D 사조(A 조:≤26mm、B 조:26.01mm-28mm、C 조:28.01mm-30mm、D조:≥30.01mm),분석시반면적、근시호면적、황반부평균시망막후도、중심시망막후도、황반부체적적변화;이용SPSS 17.0통계연건,채용단인소방차분석。결과 A、B、C、D사조시반면적분별시(1.95±0.39)mm2、(1.87±0.48)mm2、(2.70±0.81)mm2、(2.26±0.76)mm2,근시호면적분별시(0.76±0.51)mm2、(1.42±0.31)mm2、(3.87±2.04)mm2、(5.87±2.73)mm2;A、B량조지간적시반、근시호면적지간차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05);C、D조지간급여A、B조재시반면적、근시호면적지간차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。A、B、C、D사조황반부평균시망막후도、중심시망막후도、황반부체적지간비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론수착안축증장,시반면적、근시호면적증가,황반부시망막후도、체적무변화。
Objective To discuss the correlation between the axial length and the morphological changes of the optic nerve head(ONH),the peripapillary atrophy(PPA),retina thickness,retina volume in myopia. Methods A retrospective review of medi-cal records of 43 high myopic patients(86 eyes)whose spheriacal equivalent from-1DS to-27DS. All were divided into four groups according to axial length(group A:≤26mm、group B:26.01mm-28mm、group C:28.01mm-30mm、group D:≥30.01mm). The size of the ONH、the PPA、the center retina thickness(CRT)、the average retina thickness(ART)、the retina volume(RV) were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Results The size of ONH were (1.95±0.39)mm2,(1.87±0.48)mm2,(2.70±0.81)mm2,(2.26±0.76) mm2 in four groups,The size of PPA were (0.76±0.51)mm2,(1.42±0.31)mm2,(3.87±2.04)mm2,(5.87±2.73)mm2 in four groups. There were significant difference among four groups, respectively (P<0.05). but no significant difference between group A and B in size of the ONH and PPA(P>0.05). There was no significant difference among four groups in CRT,ART,RV,respectively(P>0.05). Conclusion With the increase of axial length,the size of ONH and PPA showed increase trend but no change in the retina mor-phological.
