目的：探讨不同剂量奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月—2013年12月攀枝花学院附属医院收治的急性脑梗死患者96例，随机分为160mg 剂量组与80mg 剂量组，各48例。80mg 剂量组患者予以奥扎格雷纳80mg 治疗，160mg 剂量组患者予以奥扎格雷纳160mg 治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及不良反应发生情况。结果160mg 剂量组患者总有效率高于80mg 剂量组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；治疗前两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后160mg 剂量组患者神经功能缺损评分低于80mg 剂量组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。结论160mg 奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效显著，可改善患者神经功能，且不良反应少。
목적：탐토불동제량오찰격뢰납치료급성뇌경사적림상료효。방법선취2011년12월—2013년12월반지화학원부속의원수치적급성뇌경사환자96례，수궤분위160mg 제량조여80mg 제량조，각48례。80mg 제량조환자여이오찰격뢰납80mg 치료，160mg 제량조환자여이오찰격뢰납160mg 치료。관찰량조환자림상료효、치료전후신경공능결손평분급불량반응발생정황。결과160mg 제량조환자총유효솔고우80mg 제량조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；치료전량조환자신경공능결손평분비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）；치료후160mg 제량조환자신경공능결손평분저우80mg 제량조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；량조환자불량반응발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。결론160mg 오찰격뢰납치료급성뇌경사적림상료효현저，가개선환자신경공능，차불량반응소。
Objective To explore the effect of different doses of sodium ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in the Affiliated Hospital of Panzhihua College from December 2011 to December 2013,they were randomly divided into 160mg doses group and 80mg doses group,48 cases in each group. 80mg doses group were given sodium ozagrel 80mg treatment,160mg doses group were given sodium ozagrel 160mg treat-ment. Clinical effect,before and after treatment neurological deficit score and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of 160mg doses group was higher than that of 80mg doses group(P ﹤0. 05);before treatment,neurological deficit score showed no significant differences between the two groups(P ﹥ 0. 05),after treatment,neurological deficit score of 160mg doses group was lower than that of 80mg doses group(P ﹤ 0. 05);incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant differences between the two groups(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion 160mg of sodium ozagrel has notable curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can improve nerve function,has less adverse reaction.
