将橡胶粉掺入水泥混凝土中作为一种改性方式已经相对普遍。对不同掺量(0,1%、2%、3%)下橡胶混凝土的抗压强度进行测试,研究了橡胶粉对抗压强度的影响。结合回弹无损检测,建立了橡胶混凝土回弹值与抗压强度的关系曲线。试验结果表明,随着橡胶粉掺量的增大,混凝土的抗压强度呈降低趋势,抗压强度越高,回弹值越大。

It has been relatively common to put rubber powder into cement concrete as a way of modification. This paper studies the influence of rubber powder with different content(0,1 %,2%,3%)on concrete’s compressive strength,and,combining with the rebound nondestructive testing,establishes the relation curve between the rubber concrete rebound value and the compressive strength. The result shows that the compressive strength decreases with the increasing dosage of rubber powder;the greater the compressive strength,the higher the rebound value.
