在前人研究缓蚀剂的基础上,选取了曼尼希碱、咪唑啉、Lan-826、若丁四种常用的具有代表性的缓蚀剂进行实验,按照行业标准SY/T 5405-1996对缓蚀剂进行评价,筛选出一种缓蚀效果较好的缓蚀剂。实验结果表明:Lan-826缓蚀效果较好,随着体积浓度的增大,其缓蚀率先增大后变小,在体积浓度为0.8%时,缓蚀效果最好,能达到96.82%。随着温度的升高,其缓蚀率逐渐减小,属于一级低温型缓蚀剂。

On the basis of previous studies on corrosion inhibitors, selected mannich, imidazoline,Lan-826 and rodineding four corrosion inhibitors which are commonly used. According to the industry standard SY /T5405-1996,screened out the best on. The study indecated that the Lan-826 is the best one. With the increasing of volume concentration, the inhibition rate increased first and then decreased, at the concentration of 0.8%, the inhibition effectcan reach 96.82%.With the increase of temperature, the corrosion ratedecreases gradually, which belongs to the low temperature type corrosion inhibitor, and belongs to the first grade corro-sion inhibitor.
