电流变抛光液中的固相极化后形成复杂的微观结构并改变其流变性能。通过超景深三维显微系统观察了电流变抛光液在外加电场作用下形成的微观结构。根据粒子介电极化模型和抛光液中固相粒子间的作用力,建立了混有不同粒度磨料颗粒的电流变抛光液中固相粒子的结合模型,分析了颗粒粒度和粒子间作用力等因素对粒子结合模型的影响。

The rheological properties of electrorheological (ER) polishing fluid is changed enormously as the complex microstructure formed by the polarized particles. The microstructure formed by polarized particles perpen-dicular to the electrodes is observed by CCD camera. On the basis of dielectric polarization model and the interac-ting force between particles in ER polishing fluid, the combination structures of ER polishing fluid mixed with abra-sive particles of different grain size are acquired under applied external electric field, and the influence on the inter-action force between the particles and abrasive particles grain size to the combination structures of ER polishing flu-id is analyzed. The combination microstructure of ER polishing fluid has been analyzed with the influencing factors such as the interaction force between the particles and the grain size of abrasive particle, and so on.
