目的：：探讨低危择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术( laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)围手术期应用抗菌药物的价值。方法：178例低危择期LC患者随机分为3组,A组59例,B组59例,C组60例,全面观察患者术后的切口感染、腹腔感染、肺部感染和泌尿系感染情况。结果：3组各项感染率和总感染率对比差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论：低危择期LC患者术后的感染率低,围手术期应用抗菌药物无价值。
목적：：탐토저위택기복강경담낭절제술( laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)위수술기응용항균약물적개치。방법：178례저위택기LC환자수궤분위3조,A조59례,B조59례,C조60례,전면관찰환자술후적절구감염、복강감염、폐부감염화비뇨계감염정황。결과：3조각항감염솔화총감염솔대비차이무통계학의의( P >0.05)。결론：저위택기LC환자술후적감염솔저,위수술기응용항균약물무개치。
Objective:To discuss the value of antibacterial agents in low-risk elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC) during periopera-tive period. Methods:178 cases of low-risk elective LC patients were randomly divided into three groups, 59 cases in group A and group B, re-spectively, and 60 cases in group C. Those patients' situation of postoperative incision infection, intra-abdominal infection, pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection was thoroughly observed. Results:There was no significant difference in the infection rate and the total infection rate of each item mentioned above between three groups ( P >0. 05). Conclusion: The postoperative infection rate is low in low-risk elective LC pa-tients, and the application of antibacterial agents in perioperative period is worthless.
