目的：：观察瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压患者的疗效。方法：选取2010年5月至2013年5月收治的110例老年高血压患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各55例，对照组行氨氯地平治疗，观察组行瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗，对比两种方法的疗效。结果：观察组总有效率92.7%，对照组总有效率70.9%，两组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)；治疗后两组患者血压、血糖、血脂均有改善，但观察组优于对照组( P <0.05)。结论：采用瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效确切，安全性高，值得在临床中推广使用。
목적：：관찰서서벌타정연합안록지평치료노년고혈압환자적료효。방법：선취2010년5월지2013년5월수치적110례노년고혈압환자위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각55례，대조조행안록지평치료，관찰조행서서벌타정연합안록지평치료，대비량충방법적료효。결과：관찰조총유효솔92.7%，대조조총유효솔70.9%，량조비교차이유통계학의의( P <0.05)；치료후량조환자혈압、혈당、혈지균유개선，단관찰조우우대조조( P <0.05)。결론：채용서서벌타정연합안록지평치료노년고혈압적림상료효학절，안전성고，치득재림상중추엄사용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Rosuvastatin combined with Amiodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hyper-tension. Methods:The subjects of this research were 110 patients received from May in 2010 to May in 2013 in our hospital who were diagnosed with elderly hypertension. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 55 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were only given Amiodipine, while the patients in the study group were given Rosuvastatin and Amiodipine. The incidence rate of adverse effects and treatment effects were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was respectively 92. 7 % and 70. 9 %, with the difference between the two groups significant ( P <0. 05). After treatment, the blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipid in the two groups were significantly improved, but the improving effects of the study group was better than that in the control group ( P <0. 05). Conclusion:Rosuvastatin combined with Amiodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertension has obvious curative effect, and is of high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
